Artist statement:
Gail Cadogan’s current art work is an extension of her enamel jewellery pieces. In her work she celebrates and explores the vibrancy of music and dance, and the idea of journeying from one place to another. Gail likes to use the interaction of form, line and strength of colour to introduce dynamics into her work. Gail now works from her home studio in Kinghorn where she continues her enamel jewellery business online whilst developing and creating her own artwork, incorporating embroidery, enamel, or collage to create tactile and enticing pieces of art. |
