Artist statement:
Gemma is a painter, illustrator, and print maker. Her work is colourful and playful, and takes inspiration from her surroundings in Fife and life with two little girls. Brightly coloured and thoughtfully detailed, her art is filled with poised badgers, silly crocodiles, sailing dogs, bursts of flowers, and vibrant landscapes, bringing to life the joys of living on the Fife coat and motherhood. |
