Artist statement:

Kathleen Taylor, a Fife Artist from Kirkcaldy, always wanted to paint and now fulfils her passion almost every day after retirement.

Kathleen started with night classes and has developed herself through connections with established artists and art courses and has been selling her work for over 5 years; she experiments with watercolours, acrylic, inks and mixed media, loving a variety of landscapes, flowers and abstracts.

Kathleen's landscapes draw inspiration from Fife and Orkney - her abstract work is unusual and varied.
