Artist Statement:
Linda found her love of felt making during a local art course. Experimenting with wool she discovered it was a great medium to make fibre art, depicting pictures that she had taken. Her next development was scarf making using very fine merino wool and silks which she continued for a while. She then became fascinated with nuno felt which is a combination of silk and fibres. Linda now has a range of luxurious silk and wool scarves which she sells at markets and on her Etsy shop. |
