Artist statement:
Moira is an artist and maker working mainly with fabric and stitch. She uses both traditional and contemporary methods and enjoys pushing the boundaries of these techniques. She continues to explore new ways of expressing her art by using paint, paper, recycled and found elements many ending up as simple book forms or containers for stitch. Moira is a member of Edge Textile Artists Scotland. |
